Children in liturgy

DSC_0106Children of all ages are welcome to participate fully in the liturgies and programs at All Saints’, and all baptized persons, regardless of their age, are welcome to receive the sacrament of Holy Communion. All Saints’ offers childcare on Sundays from 8:15am until the end of the 10:45am service. The child care rooms are located in the parish hall building, and children over the age of 6 weeks are welcome. Parents may pick up their children prior to communion or may choose for their children to remain in childcare for the entire service.

Children in liturgyChildren ages 3 years through 6th grade may attend Catechesis of the Good Shepherd. This program begins in the atria (classrooms) at 9:30am on Sundays. Children in Levels I and II (ages 3 years through 3rd grade) remain in the atria until the Peace during the 10:45am service. The children are brought into the service at the Peace and join their parents for the Holy Eucharist. Children in Level III (4th grade through 6th grade) are dismissed just prior to the start of the 10:45am service.
